Job Description

Duties:

As a Sheet Metal Foreman, your expertise and leadership will shine through in everything you do.

Lead and inspire installation teams to deliver exceptional duct-work systems.

Work closely with clients and project managers to align on goals, budgets, and schedules.

Manage material procurement to ensure projects stay on track without delays.

Uphold safety and quality standards, creating an environment where excellence thrives.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of leadership experience in sheet metal or duct installation.

Strong knowledge of ductwork systems, industry codes, and OSHA standards.

Ability to manage large-scale projects while meeting deadlines and budgets.

Excellent communication skills to coordinate with teams and clients.

Willingness to work the hours needed to keep projects moving..
