Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prepare documentation for Pennsylvania foreclosure sales
Assist attorneys with case management and litigation support, including scheduling, filings, and court communications
Draft legal documents, including notices of sale, motions, and correspondence
Coordinate with sheriffs’ offices, courts, and clients regarding foreclosure timelines and procedures
Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate records in case management systems
Prepare sale packages
Qualifications:
Prior experience in foreclosure, real estate law, or civil litigation strongly preferred
Working knowledge of Pennsylvania court procedures and foreclosure sale processes preferred
Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
