Position Type: Contract (1 year +)

Position Location: Ferndale, WA

Position Pay: $40/HR - $43/HR (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:

Update drawings (P&ID's, ISO's) from Inspectors using AutoCAD

Responsible for MOCs (Management of Change) to support Inspection

General AutoCAD work for the Inspection Department

Support PCMS Coordinator for AIMI (conversion project) clean up

Field walk-downs and verification

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED a minimum; Higher Education a plus

2+ years of experience in Drafting in a similar capacity in similar industry (refining, petro-chemical, etc.)

Knowledge of Drafting standards, methods, and practices

Must be able to work safely in an industrial environment

Must be able to perform field and piping walk downs

Must be able to work both individually and on a team

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve potential design problems

Technical Drawing: Strong understanding of technical drawing principles and standards

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Software/Hardware Qualifications: AutoCAD, computer/PC skills, Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Experience with Falcon and SAP are a plus
