Stordahl Capital Management is seeking a Client Relationship Associate to join our firm located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This is a unique opportunity to immediately become an integral and respected client service team member. In our organization, the Client Relationship Associate delivers the best service, experience, and outcomes possible to the firm’s clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

Helps with all client requests for deposits, withdrawals, and transfers

Assist with existing maintenance, such as beneficiary updates, address changes, name changes, etc.

Manage advisor schedules and meetings

Designs, builds and maintains checklists and internal process guides

Establish and maintain client accounts, portfolios, and related data in Orion, our portfolio accounting software

Strive to improve our processes to improve our client experience consistently

Seek to integrate new technologies to improve our client experience

Requirements, Experience, Education, Competencies & Professional Skill

Preferred experience working with Charles Schwab and Schwab Advisor Center

Preferred experience working with Orion or related

Preferred experience with SalesForce

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Exceptional phone conversation skills

Love of technology

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and within strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities and open projects

Caring and concerned nature
