Executive Family Manager for a High-Profile VVIP Family in Florida
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 gross p.a. (DOE)

Start Date: ASAP (with full handover and training from predecessor)
Contract: Full-time 5-day working week with rota schedule (flexibility for additional hours as required is a must)

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Family Manager to support a prominent global family between their main residences in Boca Raton and Wellington, Florida. This is a rare opportunity for a highly experienced, polished, and emotionally intelligent individual to oversee all aspects of the family's private life, with a particular focus on the female Principal and her four young children.
This is a leadership role in a fully staffed household with an established team of 15+. The Executive Family Manager will report directly to the Principal and work collaboratively with the Senior Household Leadership Team, including the Estate Manager, Service Manager, Grounds Manager and Assistant House Manager, to ensure seamless household operations and high-touch family support.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 2 x PA/Nannies, ensuring smooth rota coverage, performance, and cohesion across childcare and administrative support functions
Act as the key liaison and representative for Madam in all matters relating to her diary, travel, wellbeing, and personal preferences
Provide complete support to the Principal, managing her diary with meticulous attention and presenting detailed daily itineraries
Organise, coordinate, and manage the schedules and logistics for four young children including extracurricular activities, schooling, medical appointments, and travel
Handle personal and family appointments, bookings, and high-end purchases, including wardrobe and gifting for Madam and the children
Manage returns, memberships, travel logistics, and lifestyle services across multiple residences
Maintain regular communication and alignment with the Estate, Service, House and Grounds Managers to ensure continuity and quality across all service lines
Act as a primary point of contact for vendors and third-party service providers on behalf of Madam and the children
Travel flexibility required to support the family across their other homes globally
Provide ad hoc support as needed in a calm, solutions-focused, and discreet manner
Profile:
5+ years' experience in a senior private household role (e.g., Family Manager, Chief of Staff, or similar)
A 24/7 mindset offering complete flexibility for the female Principal and children
Previous experience within a household with children present, or in a childcare role as a Nanny or Nanny/PA is required
Proven experience overseeing staff, especially within a family-focused environment
Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and calm under pressure
A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
Strong problem-solving ability and excellent judgement
Highly trusted and discreet, with the utmost respect for confidentiality
A natural relationship builder across all levels of household and external personnel
Spanish speakers are required and languages such as French or German a plus
