Marketing Coordinator

**CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCAL TO REYNOLDSBURG, OH. AS THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE**

$$: $18-24/hr. DOE

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual contributor role is responsible for developing, executing, and tracking a variety of marketing programs to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing fundamentals and be comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing initiatives across various channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand strategy.

Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future marketing efforts.

Prepare marketing proposals, presentations, and a wide range of internal and external communication materials.

Coordinate the creation, distribution, and maintenance of marketing literature and collateral.

Conduct competitive analysis and produce reports that provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all marketing activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2–5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus.
