Systems Support Specialist – Implementation Project
Location: Columbus, OH (On-site)
Type: Full-Time Temporary (3–6 Months)
We're looking for a detail-oriented Systems Support Specialist to help us transition from QuickBooks Online to WinTeam. This is a temporary, project-based role focused on data entry, system setup, and internal support during implementation.
You'll work directly with the Business Administrator and leadership team to ensure a smooth rollout, while supporting day-to-day administrative and functional needs.
This is a temporary role with no current plans for long-term employment, but that could change depending on future business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up customers, jobs, employees, and schedules in WinTeam
Configure modules including payroll, scheduling, job costing, and employee records
Migrate and validate data from QuickBooks Online
Troubleshoot setup issues and support end users
Create documentation and training guides
Track implementation tasks and provide progress updates
Requirements (Must Have):
Hands-on experience with WinTeam
Experience with QuickBooks Online (payroll, AP/AR, or accounting functions)
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Clear communication, especially with non-technical users
On-site availability in Columbus, OH
Preferred:
Background in accounting, payroll, or bookkeeping
Experience supporting a system implementation or transition
Ability to create clear user documentation or training materials
