POSITION:
Club Pilates is seeking an energetic, motivated, results driven sales professional and
team player to join us! The Sales Representative position will assist the Studio Manager
by primarily working front desk shifts at the studio and completing activities related to
Leads, Sales, Customer Service and Retention, Studio Presentation and being a Brand
Ambassador. Individual and team success is important as well as balancing the what
and how we do things.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Leads; Work with Studio and Regional Sales Managers to timely process leads. Update prospect information in ClubReady our Point of Sales (POS) system. Conduct tours of studio, establish a relationship and enhance prospect’s interest. Book and confirm prospects in intro classes. Follow up with conversion procedures.
● Sales; Drive sales in customer memberships, private training packages and retail clothing and accessories. Follow our established sales process and cadence including presenting our services to current or prospective members. Completedaily assigned sales tasks fully and timely within ClubReady. Further develop
your selling skills and incorporate coaching from leadership team to meet team
and individual sales goals.
● Customer Service; Create a first-class experience for our members and
prospects by bringing positive energy, establishing relationships, answering
questions and problem-solving issues that arise. Manage the front desk to greet
and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio.
● Studio Presentation; Work with the team to ensure studio organization,
cleanliness and sanitation standards are met and maintained for our members
and prospects and routine cleaning responsibilities completed.
● Club Pilates Ambassador; When working in the studio or within the community,
each member represents the Club Pilates brand and we expect the team to
reflect our standards. Participate in special events (healthfairs, grand openings,
marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club.
QUALIFICATIONS:
● 2+ years of work experience with 1+ years of sales experience in fitness or retail
industry
● Excellent sales skills; ability to create relationships with members, promote
Pilates and achieve sales goals
● Customer-first mentality, personable, enthusiastic, proactive assistance,
balanced issue resolution, etc.
● Fluent in English, strong verbal and written communication skills
● High level of organization including prioritization, multitasking and attention to
detail
● Proficient computer skills including point of sales system, email and text
messaging
● Team player, willingness to help others and demonstrates professionalism
● Ability to stand or sit throughout workday
● Punctual and access to reliable transportation.

Tuesday: 3pm-8:30pm
Friday: 8am-5pm
