About the Role
We are seeking a creative, highly organized, and efficient individual to oversee the production and promotion of The Healthspan Collective podcast. This multifaceted role combines podcast production, audio and video editing, and social media management to amplify our brand's voice and engage our audience across platforms. The ideal candidate will be self-assured, capable of making informed decisions, and confident in leading projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
Podcast Production & Editing
Collaborate on episode planning, including topic selection and guest coordination.
Develop episode outlines and collaborate with host on interview questions.
Manage recording sessions, ensuring high-quality audio and video capture and download.
Edit episodes for clarity, flow, and quality, incorporating intros, outros, and music as needed.
Publish episodes on hosting platforms with optimized show notes and metadata.
Monitor listener feedback and analytics to inform content improvements.
Social Media Management
Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with our brand goals.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
Grow and manage the social media presence for both The Healthspan Collective podcast and the host's personal brand.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages promptly.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to maintain relevance and engagement.
Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications
Proven experience in podcast production and audio/video editing.
Experience with content strategy, video editing and content creation for social media.
Strong proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, Final Cut Pro).
Demonstrated success in managing social media accounts for brands, with a portfolio showcasing previous campaigns and content, .
Excellent communication skills and a talent for crafting compelling, brand-aligned content.
Ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and storytelling.
Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-assured and proactive in making decisions and leading initiatives.

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
