Job Title: Assistant Manager – Executive Business Development

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager – Executive Business Development to support and drive business growth strategies. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and assisting the senior management in achieving sales targets and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Meet assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the company and its offerings.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 1 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Preferred Skills:
• Understanding of digital marketing and sales automation tools.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
