Client Partner

Mindlance is hiring a Client Partner to join our rapidly growing team. This is a high visibility role where you will act as the face of Mindlance as we look to execute and expand our presence across clients in the United States and Canada.

Sales Responsibilities

Drive the overall client facing sales strategy and growth for Mindlance within clients

Establish and maintain all Executive Level Relationships (C-level, Senior leadership) within Technology, Digital, Professional and Supply Chain LOBs of clients and MSP/VMO providers.

Work with the Regional Sales Manager (aka RSM) and Account Executives (aka AE) to build individual opportunities in each region of initial buyers, working toward a Top manager focus with Sales Manager

Drive partnership opportunities with dedicated AEs and RSMs

Responsible for positioning with Program Managers/ Client Procurement/ Spend managers on our staffing and other service offerings such as Perm, SOW, Early career (Quintrix) and Pay+ (where applicable)- focus on senior leadership within programs and clients

Manage Project and Requirement Pipeline, along with individual Sales Managers and AEs to increase overall fill ratios through management of opportunities through lifecycle

Operational Responsibilities

Responsible for oversight of day-to-day transactions and interactions and overall performance with MSP/VMO Program Consultants and Managers to execute on open staffing roles, SOW/Bundle and Bid execution.

Maintain all Program Manager and Program Executive Relationships with the MSP/VMO. Partner with SSE on Executive Level Supply Chain Relationships at client. Establish, at minimum, a quarterly in-person meeting outside of the standard scorecard review

Respond to client escalations, partner with SSE and CCO when needed to handle issues. Include all necessary parties including Delivery, On Boarding, Consultant Care, Contracts and Finance for proper response and development of appropriate corrective action plans or course correction

Work with Account Coordinator on building relationships and aligning with MSP/VMO- tactical and strategic relationships

Review and improve stats – Turnaround time (TAT), Shortlist %, Interview, Hit Rate weekly, monthly and quarterly

Act as main contact for all scorecard reviews with MSP/VMO

Work with consultant care (aka CC) to ensure there is proactive CC at accounts, manage CC escalations and work with CC and redeployment teams.

Collaborative with Delivery Partners to ensure execution and driving to optimal performance daily

Educational & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management OR similar majors OR military experience

Minimum of 3-5+ years of successful MSP sales and operations. A track record of exceeding quotas

Experience in Staff Aug. or other service-oriented sales, within the IT space is highly preferred

Excellent written and oral communication skills

A sense of urgency and a high standard of professionalism and character are must

A desire to learn is needed and excellent presentation skills
