Job Title: Data Analyst

Reports To: Data Manager / Analytics Lead / Business Intelligence Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to support decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights and reporting trends that drive business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights that support business decisions.

Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to understand data requirements and deliver customized reports.

Create and maintain documentation related to data sources, methodologies, and report definitions.

Develop and automate routine data reporting processes.

Conduct ad hoc analyses and present findings in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders.

Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements to business processes based on data findings.

Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

1 years of experience in a data analysis or similar role.

Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Experience with statistical analysis and tools such as Python, R, or SAS is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning concept.
