Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Screening: Identify and engage with potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.

Job Posting: Draft and post job descriptions on various online platforms to attract quality candidates.

Candidate Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring accurate candidate records.

Communication: Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Market Research: Stay updated on IT industry trends and job market conditions to attract top talent.

Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process by coordinating documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or a related role.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of IT terminologies and roles.

Familiarity with job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn RPS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
