Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect with 2+ years of experience. The position is based in Shivalik, Delhi 110017. The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) data, and producing architectural and construction drawings. The role also involves preparing and reviewing submittals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills

• Experience in creating Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings

• Ability to prepare and review Submittals

• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field

• Proficiency with relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)

• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

• Experience in sustainable design is a plus
