What You’ll Be Doing:
Planning sales and gross objectives
Oversee monthly financial statements.
Plans for employee development
Establishing methods and procedures to accomplish planned objectives
Overseeing the hiring and training of all department managers.
Record and report sales performance.
Analyze performance in order to determine why performance is above or below expectation
Organizing demos, appraisals, closings, deliveries, and incentives
Qualifications:
Valid Drivers License required.
Minimum two years of dealership sales and five years in a supervisory position.
Knowledge of fixed operations.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to understand profit and loss statements and manage a large, diverse staff.
Must possess strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors.
A high school diploma or the equivalent is required and a college degree in business administration is preferred.
