Occupational Therapist - Acute - (OT - Acute)

StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 10 D Pay Rate: $1763.42 - $1932.26

OT needed asap for 13 weeks Mon-Fri 8a - 4:30p Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Traveler must be flexible and willing to float between Shenandoah Memorial Hospital and Page Memorial Hospital Must have Inpatient experience Required Certifications/License: BLS and VA License (please include VA License, if they don't have include status of license) • Years of Experience: 1 year EMR: EPIC • Any unacceptable attire: per VH dress code policy

Required Qualifications

Occupational Therapist, Acute Experience: 1 year Licenses: OT-VA Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history Traveler must be flexible and willing to float between Shenandoah Memorial Hospital and Page Memorial Hospital

Must have Inpatient experience
