What You’ll Be Doing as a CNA:

Start and end each day by helping residents with their morning and bedtime routines — it’s a great way to build connection and trust!

Assist seniors with self-administration of medications, ensuring safety and peace of mind.

Provide support with daily personal care needs like bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals — always with dignity and kindness.

Escort and assist residents to and from the dining room, activities, and appointments — helping them stay active and engaged.

Keep living areas tidy and welcoming with light housekeeping duties.

Be observant and responsive — report any unusual changes or concerns to the care team promptly.

Be a reassuring, friendly presence and build meaningful relationships with the residents you serve.

Qualifications

Must possess, as a minimum, a Certified Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Arkansas

Must be at least 18 years old

Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 20 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 10 feet.

Must possess willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
