Crosby-Brownlie, Inc., a leader in commercial HVAC, plumbing, welding, and mechanical contracting for over 50 years, is seeking a highly skilled Advanced HVAC Rack Refrigeration Technician to join our team of professionals. We design, install, and maintain complex systems for some of the region’s most critical facilities—healthcare, education, industrial, and more.

What You’ll Do:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial rack refrigeration systems, including parallel compressors, controls, and distribution systems.

Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Lead or assist in startup, commissioning, and performance optimization.

Work on large-scale HVAC systems in commercial and industrial environments.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field crews to ensure precision and quality.

Maintain safety and compliance with all local and national codes.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration and rack systems.

Expertise in low-temp and medium-temp refrigeration, including controls and diagnostics.

Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

EPA Universal Certification (required).
