Inside Sales / Apppintment Setter (some remote allowed)

Job Description

Stratus Building Solutions is the fastest growing franchise 3 years in a row. We are currently seeking an inside salesperson to help continue this growth through appointment setting. Calling, emailing and following up with potential customers are the main job duties. We allow some of this work to be remote.

You will be provided warm leads to call but should also be comfortable cold-calling.

Base pay is $18/hour. For each appointment set, you'll receive a $30 bonus. When those appointments turn into sales, you'll also receive commission. This is a very aggressive comp plan and could lead to an Outside Sales role for the right person.
