Mobile Phlebotomist

As the face of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive excellent service while performing critical specimen collections for laboratory testing.

Position Title: Mobile Phlebotomist

Location: Riverside County

Schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional overtime and possible weekends

Pay Range: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Responsibilities:

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages.

Collect specimens for a variety of tests, including drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol testing, and more.

Accurately input patient and specimen data into the system in a timely manner.

Process billing information and assist with payment collection when necessary.

Prepare specimens for analysis, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.

Maintain up-to-date patient and specimen information logs.

Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.

Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed, including data entry and filing.

Travel to additional sites as required to meet patient needs.

Job Requirements:

Previous phlebotomy experience in skilled nursing facility is highly preferred

Valid California Phlebotomy License or current application on file with the California Department of Health at time of hire

Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients and team members

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage patient data accurately

Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment

Reliable transportation and clean driving record, if applicable

Ability to work flexibly and handle overtime when necessary

Successful completion of a standardized color blindness test
