Ensemble Travel is looking for a visionary and driven Vice President, Business Development to lead our efforts in forging strategic partnerships with top-tier travel agencies across North America. This is not your traditional BD role. You’ll be instrumental in defining a new era of travel agency partnerships, leading with innovation, creativity, and strategy to deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Build & Execute Growth Strategy: Develop and manage a high-impact strategy to identify, engage, and onboard travel agency partners aligned with Ensemble’s tech-forward vision.

• Expand Our Market Reach: Deeply analyze agency market segments (traditional, host, hybrid) to uncover untapped opportunities and drive partner acquisition.

• Communicate Our Value: Clearly articulate Ensemble’s differentiated value proposition in a competitive consortia landscape to prospective agency partners.

• Drive Engagement: Develop compelling initiatives, presentations, and outreach campaigns that bring our story to life and inspire action.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment and success in partnership initiatives.

• Foster Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with agency leaders, industry influencers, and vendors to expand brand awareness and referral opportunities.

• Be the Face of Ensemble: Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and key partner meetings.

What You Bring

Experience & Expertise:

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships — ideally within the travel or technology sectors.

Deep knowledge of the North American travel agency ecosystem and business models.

Proven success driving revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles.

Strategic & Entrepreneurial Mindset:

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building from scratch.

A builder mentality with the grit to experiment, learn, and scale.

Exceptional Communicator:

Charismatic, persuasive, and able to clearly convey complex ideas and value propositions.

High EQ & Low Ego:

Strong relationship-builder who can earn trust across senior leadership and partners alike.
