Instructional Designer

Job Description

About the Role:

The Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of end-user training materials across a variety of formats. This role supports technical, business, and soft skills training, with a strong emphasis on automotive and manufacturing environments. The ISD will collaborate with program managers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging, effective training solutions that

support new system implementations and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or Instructional Design Technology.

Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or e-learning.

Proven experience in automotive/manufacturing environments (non-negotiable).

Expertise in multiple delivery methods: ILT, VILT, WBT, blended learning.

Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and manage multiple

priorities.

Exceptional communication skills across global teams and management levels.

Proficiency in:

Articulate 360 (expert level)

Camtasia

Adobe Photoshop

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Master’s degree in Instructional Design/Technology or related field.

Experience in automotive manufacturing training.

Skilled in creating instructor and participant guides.

Experience with graphic design tools for training promotion.Company Description
