We are a cutting-edge Longevity and Wellness Clinic that specializes in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), urgent care, primary care, and aesthetics. Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a passion for longevity, wellness, and patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of clinical experience and be comfortable working in a multi-faceted practice that blends all patient care in one thorough package.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide care in HRT, primary care, urgent care, and aesthetics (training available as needed)

Educate patients on health, wellness, and longevity strategies

Perform minor procedures and assist with aesthetic treatments (if applicable)

Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in KY.

At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting (experience in HRT, aesthetics, or wellness medicine is a plus)

Strong interest in longevity, wellness, and holistic health

Excellent communication and patient education skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
