CNC Machine Programmer/Operator â 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday â Friday, 7:30 AM â 3:30 PM

Pay: $17.00 â $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Machine Programmer/Operator to produce high-quality machined components using state-of-the-art CNC equipment. This role is critical in transforming raw materials into finished products with accuracy and efficiency.

What Youâ ll Do

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings, including GD&T.

Program and operate CNC machinery using WoodWOP and Cut Rite software.

Set up machines, load materials, and ensure accurate first-run outputs.

Monitor and inspect parts for quality, making adjustments as needed.

Maintain and troubleshoot machines to ensure optimal performance.

Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet production goals and resolve technical challenges.

Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain detailed production records.

Keep up with the latest machining technologies, tools, and techniques.

What Weâ re Looking For

Experience: 3â 5 years of CNC machining in a manufacturing setting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in WoodWOP, Cut Rite, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cabinet construction, architectural drawings, and standards such as AWI, QCP, LEED, and FSC.

Soft Skills: Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and a team-oriented mindset.
