Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans, ensuring patient safety, and providing accurate diagnostic images for physicians. This role is crucial in a fast-paced environment, particularly within a Level I Trauma Center, where quick decision-making and technical expertise are essential.

Responsibilities:

CT scan in an ED Level I trauma environment and stroke center.

Perform CT scans on patients as ordered by physicians, ensuring adherence to protocols and safety standards.

Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and addressing any concerns.

Operate CT equipment effectively while maintaining high standards of image quality.

Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and accurate diagnostics.

Maintain accurate records of procedures performed and patient data in compliance with medical regulations.

Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of imaging equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly.

Stay updated on advancements in CT technology and imaging techniques to enhance diagnostic capabilities.

Requirements/Certifications:

AART RT

ODH Radiologic Technologist License

Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association only

Preferred Qualifications:

Trauma CT experience.

Schedule: 3 - 12-hour shifts: 7:00pm-7:30am_ (Nights)_

Pay: $2,700.00 per week

Schedule:

12 hour shift

Night shift

Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

ARRT (CT) Certification (Required)

BLS Certification (Required)

Ability to Commute:

Cleveland, OH 44109 (Required)
