What You'll Do:

Serve as a lead/subject matter expert (SME), translating business needs into technical solutions

Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules to support complex business processes

Lead the creation of business and technical documentation, including training materials

Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth project execution and user satisfaction

Support the team by mentoring junior Solution Analysts

Foster Agile values of openness, commitment, respect, courage, and focus

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field

5+ years' experience in business or technology roles with cross-functional collaboration

Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, including modules like Employee Central, Performance, Goal Management, Compensation & more

Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value

Expertise in system lifecycle models like Agile and BDD methodologies
