Job Description

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist for our client in Poway, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer of precision assemblies and complex components used in defense, energy, and medical industries.

Location: Poway, CA

Pay: $30–$40/hour

Set up and operate CNC lathes to machine metal parts to tight tolerances

Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings for specifications

Perform inspections using micrometers, calipers, and comparators

Monitor tool wear and conduct operator-level maintenance

Recommend improvements to boost quality and efficiencyWhat We’re Looking For:

Proven CNC lathe experience in a precision environment

Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills

Knowledge of machining principles, shop math, and tooling

Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented

Must be a U.S. Person (ITAR compliance)
