Job Description Summary:
Participates in clinical therapy research projects as a Principal Investigator or under the direction of a Principal Investigator, managing data and assisting with project coordination.

Essential Functions:
Coordinates subjects, research teams, and communication with sponsors. Leads or assists with the development of research protocols.
Collects, records, and maintains all study-related data, processes and events. Codes data for research and performs quantitative analysis.
Writes progress reports and scientific manuscripts using current technology and software. Assists with abstract submission and departmental presentations and publications.
Recruits and enrolls patients throughout the institution and community.
Ensures compliances of research projects with applicable standards, protocols, and regulations.
Performs therapy services and patient assessments within licensed scope of practice, remaining current with trends and development in own field.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, required.
Licensure Requirement:
Applicable licensure for professional discipline, required.

Strong interest in and commitment to research.
Experience:
Three years of clinical experience in area of expertise, preferred.
