Luxe Brands is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead all aspects of our company’s marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will oversee a team of internal and contract-based marketing professionals, with a focus on driving brand awareness, appointment generation, and revenue growth in an omnichannel retail environment.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach—someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, demonstrates strong leadership, and has both creative and analytical expertise. This is a hybrid role based out of Columbus, OH, with an expectation of regular in-office presence.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Lead and manage the marketing team, including internal associates and external contractors/agencies.

Collaborate with executive leadership to craft marketing and brand strategies for new and existing initiatives.

Partner with the CFO to manage the marketing budget, including forecasting and spend analysis.

Continuously optimize marketing processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and impact.

Conduct and interpret market research, competitor analysis, and campaign performance metrics to guide decision-making.

Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, from concept to completion.

Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external marketing vendors.

Monitor trends in the marketing and luxury bridal space to keep Luxe Brands at the forefront of innovation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role.

Demonstrated success in building and analyzing marketing programs and reporting outcomes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing-related software tools.

Strong understanding of modern marketing practices including digital, print, event, and social media.

Experience managing marketing budgets and agency partnerships.

Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HTML, content management systems, and creative/design tools.

Existing relationships with media and PR contacts.
