POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Delivery Associate to join our fast-growing Comfortrol Team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, work well in a team environment, have a high level of customer service, and have strong attention to detail.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare equipment and materials for transport to job sites utilizing company vehicle with trailer and staging for technicians
Shipping and receive parts, equipment, and supplies for scheduled jobs
Load and unload products in truck utilizing forklift and/or hand truck
File bills of lading, equipment packing slips, etc. for inventory reconciliation and audit purposes
Inspect and sign out parts and equipment to technicians, ensuring that technicians maintain appropriate equipment to properly perform required tasks.
File freight claims for damaged goods
Identify excess and obsolete inventory and maintain system inventory accuracy
Verify all items received match items ordered for accuracy
Stock service vehicles, as instructed, to ensure that required parts remain on-hand
Assist management with inventory counts
Maintain warehouse and forklift by following required maintenance, housekeeping, and safety procedures
Keep warehouse area and parking lot area clean and orderly/neat.

ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
This position reports to the local Branch Manager and is responsible for engaging with the warehouse team and all of our customers.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Must have experience driving a vehicle while pulling trailer
Minimum 6 months warehouse experience including forklift operation preferred
Must be able to multi-task and work within daily deadlines
Must communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
