Job Description
The Associate Director of Production will provide technical leadership and hands-on support across Cornerstone’s environments, with a specific focus on both auditoriums within the Kids Adventure Port and church-wide midweek ministries. This role is critical to executing events like Kids Camp, supporting midweek ministry programming, and maintaining a high standard of excellence in production. The ideal candidate brings experience from a large, multi-venue church and is technically proficient in modern production systems, while also being a strong collaborator, recruiter, and developer of volunteer teams.

Primary Responsibilities:
Kids Adventure Port Oversight – Lead all production elements in both Kids auditoriums, collaborating with staff to execute weekly worship and large-scale events like Kids Camp.
Midweek Ministry Support – Provide production services for midweek ministries, including full setup, teardown, technical execution, and event support across various departments.
Team Development – Recruit, train, and develop volunteer production teams, equipping them with the skills necessary for Sunday and midweek excellence.
Event Execution – Execute all technical aspects of church events, ensuring consistency, clarity, and quality across rooms and platforms.
Collaboration – Work closely with Worship, Kids, and Student teams to align production needs and timelines for services and events.
Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain technical equipment and proactively address production needs across spaces.
Participate in creative planning meetings and weekly staff gatherings.
Assist with ongoing evaluation and optimization of production systems and workflowsQualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in production at a large, complex church or similar environment.
Strong understanding and working knowledge of:
• Dante networking systems
• Vista lighting control
• General AV networking infrastructure
• LED walls and video systems
• Timecode synchronization
• Ableton Live integration
• Front of House (FOH) audio mixing
Pro Presenter
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and volunteers.
Collaborative spirit and problem-solving mindset with a servant-leader approach.
Requirements
Highly motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Committed to the mission, vision, and doctrinal beliefs of Cornerstone Christian Fellowship.
Coordination of Volunteers
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
