SUMMARY
Serves food to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements by performing the following duties

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Inform guests of daily specials and takes beverage order
Deliver drink orders
Monitor tables in assigned section ensuring all patrons are served
Removes empty or dirty glasses and bottles, disposes properly of bottles and washes glasses in glass washer
Ensure tables are cleaned for each patron
Ensure ashtrays are at applicable tables
Maintain bar station by keeping area tidy and stock bar by placing orders as needed
Compute bill and accept payments
Track sales receipts
Complete bar inventory log
Ensure tips are reported properly for tax processing
All other duties as assigned
What we are looking for
0 – 1+ year of customer service experience
Open availability
Passionate about hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience.
Ability to ensure items are stocked and available to guests during hours according to company standards
Ability to greet guests and accommodates special requests as needed
All other duties as assigned.
High School degree or better
