Position Overview:

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-precision components. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes).

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.

Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools.

Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.

Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.).

Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Offered full benefits: Medical (they pay 70%; you pay 30%), Dental, 401K, Life, Short term and long term disability, 5 days PTO
