Full-Time Direct-Hire Position with our Direct Client.

This role must sit on-site 5 days a week within the Fox Valley Area.

Prior professional experience with Azure/O365 is required.

We are looking for a customer service-oriented Help desk analyst to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as the firm’s frontline, and you will solve basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. This is a great opportunity to grow with a small IT consulting company and assist them in supporting their growing customer base. Responsibilities

Triage and prioritize help desk tickets and requests.

Travel to various locations to provide onsite technical support.

Create, enable, and disable user accounts.

Assist with server maintenance, including reboots and VM setup.

Clone and backup machines.

Work occasional off-hours and weekends as needed.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience supporting a help desk environment.

A college degree with internship experience is preferred.

Experience with server setup and maintenance is highly desirable.

Professional Azure / O365 experience

Scripting knowledge is a bonus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
