Job Summary:
The Regulatory Administrator is responsible for assisting in the creation and maintenance of regulatory documentation and files. This role supports the compilation of records required for regulatory submissions, compliance activities, product registrations, and listings.
Job Duties:
Prepare and maintain regulatory registrations and related correspondence
Draft reports and professional correspondences in support of regulatory activities
Attend cross-functional meetings, record meeting minutes, and document action items
Perform data entry into the regulatory ERP database and maintain system accuracy
Assist in the creation and maintenance of records demonstrating facility compliance with applicable standards and regulations
Support system maintenance and monitor regulatory tracking systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
3+ years of experience in an office environment, preferably within a regulatory or compliance setting.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and online research tools.
Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and organizational skills are essential.
