Job Title: Forklift Operator / Material Handler â Direct Hire

Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Shift: 1st Shift

Position Overview:

We are hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift. This role involves material handling in a metal processing facility, including moving and putting away materials, and working in multiple departments as needed. Ideal for candidates with backgrounds in construction, manufacturing, or machine operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklift to remove and store materials

Work across departments such as Processing, Shipping/Receiving, Sorting, Saws, Crushers, Shears, and Plasma Cutting

Assist in breaking down metals into different sizes, shapes, and specs

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements:

Must have prior forklift experience

Willingness to work in different departments as needed

Comfortable in a non-climate-controlled, hot and dirty environment

Strong work ethic and desire to learn new tasks
