The ideal candidate will hold a Doctoral or Master's Degree in psychology, psychiatry, social work, psychiatric nursing, or a related field, with at least five years of experience in a mental health agency, including three years in an administrative and supervisory role.

Responsibilities: * Identify community linkages and partnerships within each region and local service area.

* Work with Agency staff to identify service needs and potential resources.

* Create and implement strategy for external alliances and partnerships.

* Utilize data and stakeholder engagement for planning and implementation.

* Develop formal collaborative partnerships for referral, service linkage and coordination of care.

* Serve as spokesperson and liaison to resources and other related parties.

* Develop staff and growth opportunities, including leveraging internal resources to increase integrated care, increase payment streams, and develop services that attract new payors.

* Provide administrative and clinical support to community-based services as needed and/or as identified by supervisor * Work with program management regarding grant funding opportunities and assist with set up and contracting.

Participate in writing grants or RFR's.

Qualifications: Requires a Doctoral or Master's Degree in psychology, psychiatry, social work, psychiatric nursing or related field, is licensed at the highest level of qualifications for his/her discipline and at least five years' experience in a mental health agency, three years of which must include administrative responsibilities and clinical supervision.

Knowledge of CBHC, CBHI, DCF, DYS, DMH, DPH, EEC, Children's Trust and MCE policies and how to implement policies on a systemic level.

Commitment to community-based services and Wraparound principles.

Demonstrated ability to oversee/manage a multi-disciplinary clinical team and to design/operate programs based on community needs.

Proven management and leadership skills.

Computer literacy and skill in the use of computers and related software applications.

Ability to consistently meet all necessary background and credentialing requirements.

Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.

Must have reliable telephone notification system for emergency contact.
