PharmaCord is seeking a Data Integration Team Lead for its Jeffersonville, IN location who will oversee a team of data integration specialists responsible for integrating data from various sources into our company's data warehouse.
The Team Lead will manage the team's workload, delegate tasks, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
A typical day in the life of the Data Integration Team Lead will include but not be limited to the following: * Work on developing innovative and automated visualizations in Microsoft Power BI as well as SQL queries or procedures for the purpose of insights and analysis pertaining to decision-making process * Responsible for writing complex SQL Queries, Procedures, CTEs, Functions to develop Ad-hoc queries for pharmaceutical clients * Create custom reports and modify existing queries and reports to enhance organizational productivity or supply data to clients * Perform predictive modeling, data analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis as required to glean insights from rich patient data * Responsible for designing the technical architectural plan for the launch of new programs for all Data feeds * Analyzing the impact of various Patient Assistance Programs on patient's medication adherence and persistence thereby guiding the team in the key decision-making process * Establish and roll out the better development practices for the team to improve the data feeds quality, including accuracy, guidelines, timeline estimates, agile development, and regular bug triaging * Lead a team of data integration specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback on their work * Work with stakeholders to understand their data integration needs and ensure that projects align with business goals * Manage the team's workload and delegate tasks to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget * Design and implement data integration solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and efficient * Develop and maintain data integration processes, including ETL (extract, transform, load) workflows, data mapping, and data validation * Collaborate with other teams, including data engineering, data science, and analytics, to ensure that data is available and accurate for analysis and reporting * Develop and maintain documentation for data integration processes and solutions * Monitor data integration processes to ensure that they are running smoothly and proactively address any issues that arise * Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data integration and share this knowledge with the team and other stakeholders.
