Experience managing backup infrastructure in hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud).

Expertise in managing CommVault and Cohesity backup solutions, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Strong knowledge of backup and recovery methodologies, such as full, incremental, differential, and snapshot-based backups.

Experience with cloud backup strategies and tools for Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Familiarity with storage systems (e.g., NAS, SAN, DAS) and the integration of backup solutions with these technologies.

Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or similar languages to automate backup tasks.

Familiarity with backup security concepts, such as encryption, access controls, and data masking.

Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and implement efficient solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
