We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to support AI-powered platform development within a leading financial services environment. This role involves integrating AI/ML capabilities into web applications for financial research, leveraging advanced front-end and back-end technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Development & Architecture:
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications integrating AI/ML models, knowledge graphs, and search tools.
Develop responsive and performance-optimized UIs using React.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind/CSS-in-JS.
Build scalable and secure back-end services using Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django) or Node.js, leveraging REST and GraphQL APIs.
Integrate front-end interfaces with LLM services (e.g., GPT, Claude), document processing APIs, and financial datasets.
AI & Platform Integration:
Work closely with data scientists and ML engineers to embed AI/NLP/LLM functionalities into applications.
Leverage vector databases, document search tools (e.g., Elasticsearch), and RAG workflows.
Cloud & DevOps Collaboration:
Partner with DevOps and Cloud teams to deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Ensure observability and monitoring using tools aligned with enterprise standards.
User-Centric Development:
Collaborate with UX teams to implement intuitive features based on user feedback from investment professionals.
Governance & Best Practices:
Adhere to secure coding practices, data governance standards, and financial compliance requirements.
Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and architecture design sessions.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in full stack or enterprise software development.
Must have worked in financial services, private equity, or asset management domains.
Frontend Technologies:
React.js, TypeScript, Redux, Tailwind CSS or other CSS-in-JS frameworks.
Backend & APIs:
Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django), or Node.js.
Deep understanding of REST, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
Databases:
Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or graph/semantic DBs (e.g., Neo4j, Amazon Neptune).
AI/ML Integration:
Hands-on with AI/ML APIs, LLMs, NLP, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation.
Cloud & DevOps Tools:
Preferably AWS (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, SageMaker).
CI/CD using Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
Working Style:
Comfortable with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong collaborative and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Elasticsearch, document-based search tools.
Prior involvement in AI platform support or enterprise-level data integration projects.
Contributions to open-source AI tools or LLM workflows is a plus.
