Revenue Operations Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role will play a critical part in optimizing our revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships and Finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a systems mindset, and experience driving alignment and efficiency across go-to-market teams.

Job Type: Full-time, Exempt

Reports To: Chief Growth Officer

Responsibilities and Duties:

Design, implement, and manage processes, systems, and tools that enable revenue teams to operate effectively and efficiently.

Own CRM administration and governance (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and process optimization.

Develop and manage dashboards, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making across the customer lifecycle.

Partner with sales, marketing and partner leadership to define and optimize the lead-to-revenue process, including lead scoring, funnel tracking, and forecasting.

Collaborate with Finance to align on pipeline coverage, revenue forecasting, and compensation planning.

Identify bottlenecks and friction points across the customer journey and drive improvements to increase conversion and retention.

Create and maintain enablement documentation for all Growth Team functions.

Support go-to-market planning, territory design, and quota setting.

Drive the evaluation and implementation of new tools and technologies that enhance productivity and insights.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by providing insights and recommendations grounded in data.

Ability to function as a team of one and be a self driven leader with their function.

Required Experience:

2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment.

Deep familiarity with Salesforce and Hubspot and revenue tech stack tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.).

Ability to configure both Salesforce and Hubspot with new fields, automation flows, integrations, etc.

Extensive work with managing large sets of data and strong skills using data loading tools.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Excel, Google Sheets).

Understanding of B2B SaaS metrics such as CAC, LTV, ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage, etc.

Excellent communication skills with a proactive and collaborative work style.

Passion for technology that makes a positive impact on public safety and security.

Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000 per year
