What You’ll Do:

Administer medications safely and accurately in line with physician orders and state regulations

Monitor and document resident responses to medications, promptly reporting concerns

Assist residents with daily activities such as grooming, mobility, and personal care

Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Keep accurate records of medication administration and care activities

Support and contribute to individualized care plans

Maintain a respectful, clean, and dignified environment for all residents

What You Bring to the Role:

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program

Current CMA certification in New Mexico

Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills

A resident-first mindset and genuine compassion for others

Ability to work collaboratively with a care-focused team
