About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Inventory Associate I to join our warehouse team. In this entry-level role, youll support inventory handling, control, and documentation in a regulated, temperature-controlled storage environment. If youre organized, safety-conscious, and ready to grow, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Perform inventory receipt, verification, labeling, and documentation of incoming goods.

Accurately track item movements within the warehouse system.

Ensure proper storage and handling of temperature-sensitive or regulated products.

Assist in periodic cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance and data integrity.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to follow written procedures and complete documentation with accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Willingness to work in a regulated warehouse setting and follow safety protocols.

Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory tracking systems.

Preferred (But Not Required):

Experience in warehousing, inventory control, or logistics.

Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) or Good Distribution Practices (GDP).

Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
