Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator cum Trainer will be responsible for leading and managing all centre-level educational and operational activities. This includes the delivery of training in English, Life Skills, and Computer Skills, while also ensuring the smooth functioning of the centre through effective coordination, administration, reporting, and student engagement. The individual will act as a role model and leader for both staff and students, upholding the values of the organization and ensuring the achievement of project goals and impact metrics.Key Responsibilities:Training & Curriculum Delivery

Plan and deliver engaging and interactive sessions in English, Life Skills, and Computer Skills.

Customize and adapt curriculum to suit the local context and student needs.

Track and evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback and support.

Coordinate with fellow trainers to ensure cohesive learning experiences across subjects.

Supervise and mentor students to enhance their employability and personal development.

Centre Leadership & Coordination

Act as the lead point of contact for all activities at the centre.

Develop and maintain batch schedules for all courses and programs.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.

Coordinate with management, operations, and impact teams to ensure seamless execution of programs.

Centre Operations

Publish and analyze insights from area demography to align programs with community needs.

Ensure optimal functioning of the centre infrastructure and facilities.

Liaise with HR, IT support, and Admin for operational and staffing requirements.

Proactively resolve centre-level issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Leverage technology for efficiency in training and administration.

Responsible for fee collection and timely deposits in line with organizational processes.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Quality Assurance

Regularly monitor batch progress and course implementation to ensure quality delivery.

Identify and flag any issues affecting the learning outcomes or impact indicators to management.

Conduct regular audits and maintain a secure, updated asset inventory for the centre.

Ensure strict adherence to all compliance and accounting processes.

Reporting

Prepare and submit periodic reports on batch progress, student development, and overall centre performance.

Document best practices, challenges, and innovative solutions to enhance program impact.

Eligibility Criteria:Education:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.

A specialization in Social Work, Social Development, or related fields is an added advantage.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Centre Coordinator or similar role in the academic or NGO sector.

Prior experience in training and curriculum delivery will be highly preferred.

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to engage students and parents.

Proactive team player with the ability to lead and take initiative.

Commitment to organizational mission and goals.

Tech-savvy with basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, etc.).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

High integrity, discipline, and professionalism.

Working Conditions:

Full-time role: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.

Flexibility to attend in-person and remote meetings.
