Job Summary
We are seeking a forward-thinking and tech-savvy Computer Science Teacher to deliver engaging and practical lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, hands-on programming experience, and the ability to inspire students in the evolving world of technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Curriculum Delivery: Teach Computer Science, including programming, IT fundamentals, and digital literacy, across assigned grade levels as per CBSE syllabus.
• Lesson Planning: Prepare lesson plans with real-world applications and hands-on activities.
• Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a structured and interactive digital learning environment.
• Parent Communication: Share academic updates and guide parents on students’ tech progress.
• Professional Development: Engage in workshops, tech training, and curriculum enrichment initiatives.
Qualification Requirements
• B.E., B.Tech., BCA, M.Sc., M.Tech., MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• OR Any Graduate/Postgraduate with certifications in programming or computer applications (e.g., Python, Java, C++)
• Must have strong English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, coding tools, and educational technology platforms is essential
Qualification Levels
• Founder Level: 1–3 years of experience with relevant qualifications. Delivers classroom sessions and supports basic programming instruction.
• Master Level: 4–8 years of experience. Can mentor junior teachers and integrate project-based learning.
• Developer Level: 9+ years of experience. Leads IT curriculum design and digital initiatives across the school.
Screening Process
• Subject-Wise Written Test – To assess logical thinking, programming concepts, and subject depth.
• Proficiency Test – Evaluation of MS Office, programming tools, and digital platforms.
• Reading Test – Conducted live via MS Teams to assess fluency and clarity in instruction.
• Teaching Demo – A mock class to evaluate concept clarity, engagement, and use of technology.
