Managing business development of the Cluster for Consumer Durable business (CD).
Ensuring Smooth flow of relationship between Dealers & Customers.
To Empanel and groom Dealer networks for TW Business.
Handling New business ties ups – Dealer as well as Manufacturer connectivity.
Managing Business growth and profitability with and through Territory Managers and the larger sales team.
Assessing training needs to accelerate his team’s performance.
Introduce and Implement new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the region by coordinating with product team.
To Drive Consumer Loan business through Open Market, Branch Channel & Dealers
To Organize & Manage display activity in Corporate and other Branches.
Liaisoning with Dealers in the area to maximize business volume.
Managing Business productivity for TW Business for the Assigned Cluster.
Provide market intelligence in term of business, product & proposal.
Managing Weekly and Monthly MIS and Trackers.
