We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Salesforce Developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our friendly team in Indore. If you love building powerful applications on the Salesforce platform and want your work to truly matter, this is the role for you!

You'll be a key player in designing, developing, and customizing solutions across the Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, helping our business and our clients succeed.

What You'll Be Doing:

Build & Customize: Design, develop, and put in place custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other cool tools.

Cloud Expert: Set up and adjust Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to perfectly match what our business needs.

Connect Systems: Develop and look after connections between Salesforce and other tools we use, using REST and SOAP APIs.

Salesforce Foundations: Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and automated processes like workflows, Process Builder, and Flows.

Data Insights: Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and other ways to show data so everyone can understand it.

Full Project Lifecycle: Be involved in every step – from understanding needs, designing, building, testing, launching, to keeping things running smoothly.

Quality Check: Test your work thoroughly and help with bigger system tests to make sure everything is top-notch.

Problem Solver: Find and fix any technical issues that pop up with our Salesforce setup.

Stay Curious: Keep up-to-date with the newest Salesforce updates, features, and best ways of doing things.

Team Player: Work closely and effectively with business analysts, project managers, and other team members to deliver great results.

Share Knowledge: Help create clear documents like design plans, user guides, and training info.

Best Practices: Stick to our coding standards and the best ways to develop on Salesforce.

What You Bring to the Table:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Proven experience setting up and customizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Good understanding of how Salesforce stores data, keeps it secure, and its platform limits.

Experience linking Salesforce with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Comfortable using Salesforce development tools, including Salesforce DX.

Experience with version control systems (like Git).

You're good at analyzing situations and solving problems.

Clear communication and a knack for working well with others.

You can manage your own work and also be a great part of a team.
