We're on the lookout for a skilled and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) who can bring proven experience in the staff augmentation domain and contribute to our expanding client base.

Role Overview

As a BDM, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and aligning our staffing solutions with market demand.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and close new business opportunities in the IT staff augmentation space

Build strong relationships with C-level executives, HR heads, and decision-makers

Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closures

Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless onboarding and resource alignment

Track pipeline, leads, and sales activity using CRM tools

Meet and exceed individual and team-based revenue targets

Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the IT staff augmentation industry

Strong understanding of hiring contract-based tech talent for global clients

Proven track record of lead generation, revenue growth, and client relationship management

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation (preferred)
