Job Summary

To support our growth we’re looking for a Chef De Cuisine to join our awesome team!

The Chef De Cuisine will focus on culinary excellence and the cafe experience for the Food program to support operational excellence. This position reports into the Executive Chef and will leverage their strong hospitality and operational skills to oversee the daily administrative and operational tasks, including financial management and analysis, sanitation and safety.

This role will be based in Seattle, WA.

What we look for in the perfect candidate:

Qualifications: Degree from a culinary arts program or comparable experience in a similar role, with 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, quality food service establishment.

Culinary Passion: Strong passion for great food, hospitality, and providing memorable dining experiences.

Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and inspire a team, providing clear communication and constructive feedback.

Operational Expertise: Experience in managing kitchen operations, including inventory, financials, safety standards, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams across multiple functions.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with Google Suite and maintaining a positive, proactive attitude under pressure.

Commitment to Safety: Promote a culture of food and workplace safety, ensuring that all team members are trained and adhere to the highest standards.
