SALES REPRESENTATIVE (PART-TIME)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales to drive revenue growth. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Transform sales leads into winning accounts and/or projects

· Identify prospective leads and cultivate new business opportunities using digital platforms and tools.

· Collaborate with the internal team to establish campaigns that support and build sales efforts.

· Utilize company CRM system and project management platform to manage leads and prospects.

· Cultivate potential customers through email marketing and social media outreach.

· Leverage research on industry competitors to boost lead generation.

· Organize customer data to create market segmentation and target outreach pitch presentations.

· Follow new industry trends to consistently improve efficiency (i.e., Sales Hacker, eMarketer, Slack for Sales, Asana for Sales, etc.)

· Deliver superior customer service to existing and potential clients.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

· Proven experience in sales

· Knowledge and experience with CRM system Copper or related platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.

· Proficiency in project management software Asana or related platforms such as Monday.com, Wrike, Atlassian, etc.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritize projects and deadlines

· High energy along with a positive, outgoing attitude

· Experience with Google Suite products (Google Drive, Forms, Sheet, Email, Calendar, etc.), Slack, and Mailchimp

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
